It is Holy Week and we are on a journey of faith towards Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday.
Connecting to the victories of Jesus means having a vision mission, prayer, and values! We REACH UP, believing in faith, anticipating new life — a born-again experience — and rejoicing in everything the Lord is doing. We are called to accept precious responsibility, privilege, and worship to the Lord, being deeply
grateful to become members of His Christian family.
And so, we REACH UP to God and REACH OUT to all our brothers and sisters, constantly proclaiming, “HE IS RISEN.” He provides us with a legacy as we do our part, using our
giftings from God and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
Let’s continue to pray for each other in peacemaking and love and providing each other truth of His Word, doing our part to bless each one individually and all members of the church family.
Let us welcome and embrace all the biblical truth of Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday and always rejoice in the treasures of God’s Word.
WALKING IN HIS GRACE
Think about this: “My grace is sufficient for you.” (2 Corinthians 12:9) “Sufficient” does not mean “barely enough” – it means “more than enough.” Think about this: “If we live in the
Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.” (Galatians 5:25)
G – Be grateful for all the blessings and provisions of God. This is the principle that is found in Isaiah 61:3 – exchanging a spirit of heaviness of a garment of praise.
R – Rely upon Him and refuse to do things in your own strength. Every event gives God an opportunity to once again prove His faithfulness.
A – Always be ready to receive and be aware of His presence. Recognize and receive God’s power.
C – Christ-centered and Christlikeness is what we are to be. People of grace do not find solutions through worldly means – but through God’s Word and His ways.
E – Empowered and enabled by the Lord. People of grace can say, like Zachariah, “GRACE, GRACE” to their mountain-like problems.
With all these points in mind, let’s walk in His grace!
